摘要
为进一步了解MKKs基因的功能,基于CREP数据库芯片数据,分析了MKK家族基因在水稻发育过程中及其对植物激素响应的表达特征。结果表明:除OsMKK10-3基因无生物芯片探针外,其他基因的表达均能在水稻整个生育期中检测到。其中,OsMKK3、OsMKK5和OsMKK10-1基因在生殖器官中表达量较高;OsMKK1、OsMKK4、OsMKK6和OsMKK10-2基因在营养器官中表达量较高。实时定量RT-PCR结果显示:大部分MKKs基因的表达在干旱、盐、高温和冷处理下均上调,且100μmol∕L ABA处理能诱导OsMKK1、OsMKK3和OsMKK5基因表达。不同的表达模式说明MKK家族基因在水稻发育过程和非生物胁迫响应中发挥不同的作用。
In order to further understand the function of MKKs genes,the expression characteristics of MKK family genes in rice development and its response to plant hormones were analyzed based on chip data of CREP database.The results showed that except OsMKK10-3 gene,the expression of other genes could be detected in the whole growth period of rice.OsMKK3,OsMKK5 and OsMKK10-1 genes were highly expressed in reproductive organs,while OsMKK1,OsMKK4,OsMKK6 and OsMKK10-2 genes were highly expressed in the vegetative organs.The results of real-time quantitative RT-PCR showed that the expression of most MKKs genes were up-regulated under drought,salt,high temperature and cold treatment,and 100μmol∕L ABA treatment could induce the expression of OsMKK1、OsMKK3 and OsMKK5 genes.Different expression patterns indicated that MKK family genes played different roles in rice development and abiotic stress response.
