持久性有机污染物多溴联苯醚的生殖毒性研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 多溴联苯醚(Polybrominated diphenyl ethers,PBDEs)是一种在全球范围内被广泛使用的添加型溴代阻燃剂,也是一类具有高亲脂性、难降解、易沉积和高生物毒性等特性的持久性有机污染物。近年来,PBDEs在各类环境介质及生物体中被广泛检出,对生态环境安全造成巨大风险,其引起的健康问题特别是生殖毒性,已成为当前关注的热点之一。围绕PBDEs对睾丸、精子、子宫、卵巢、胚胎、生殖内分泌和发育毒性,及其诱导细胞凋亡等毒性机制进行综述,为进一步深入探索PBDEs的生殖毒性相关研究提供理论依据。 Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)is widely used as an additive flame retardant in all over the world,and belongs to the group of persistent organic pollutants(POPs)with the nature of high lipophilicity,difficult degradation,easy bioaccumulation and high biotoxicity.Recently,the pollution status of PBDEs has been frequently detected in various environmental matrices and organisms,and brings the huge potential risks for safety of ecological environment.Additionally,the health problems of human and animals caused by PBDEs,especially reproductive toxicity,has become one of research highlights.In this study,the research progress on reproductive toxic effects of PBDEs on different organisms was reviewed,including testes,sperm,uterus,ovary,embryo,reproductive endocrine,developmental toxicity,and toxic mechanisms related to the cellular apoptosis.In conclusion,this review will provide the important reference for the future research of reproductive toxicity of PBDEs.
