SiO2微球在不同压强下以玻片为基底垂直沉积自组装研究 被引量:3

摘要 结构生色研究在纺织领域开辟了一个重要的方向。本实验以单分散SiO2微球为原料,在玻片上构建SiO2光子晶体,研究不同压强下对光子晶体自组装的影响,利用XRD衍射仪制备SiO2微球表征,利用扫描电镜分析光子晶体微观结构。结果表明,利用实验室制备的SiO2微球具有较好的圆度和窄的粒径分布,微球表面光滑,分散性较好。在0.05MPa和0.06MPa的压强下,制备的光子晶体结构颜色鲜艳均匀,微观结构排列紧密无缺陷,形成了优质的光子晶体。
