北京新型公共阅读空间:特点、价值与发展对策

Beijing’s New Public Reading Space:Characteristics,Values and Development Strategies

[目的/意义]在梳理国内外新型公共阅读空间兴起与发展的基础上,通过对2012年以来北京市新型公共阅读空间典型案例的解读,从多个维度分析其所体现出的公共图书馆视域的理论与实践价值,为今后公共阅读空间发展提供借鉴和参考。[方法/过程]以区域发展较为成熟的北京市为例,利用民族志、数据分析、比较分析、案例分析等研究方法,分析新型公共阅读空间的典型特点和存在问题,有针对性地提出今后发展对策。[结果/结论]对新型公共阅读空间的研究丰富和发展了当代公共图书馆学的内涵和外延,对于强化公共图书馆治理、提高公共图书馆覆盖面和可及性、重建纸本阅读文化都具有重要价值,应从提高社会机构积极性、建立论证评估机制、制定规范制度体系和加强监督考核等方面推进新型公共阅读空间发展。

[Purpose/significance]Based on combing the rise and development of new public reading spaces at home and abroad,through the interpretation of typical cases of Beijing’s new public reading spaces since 2012,a multi-dimensional analysis of the theoretical and practical value of the public library’s perspective will provide references for the development of public reading space in the future.[Method/process]Taking Beijing,which has a relatively mature regional development as a sample,using research methods such as ethnography,data analysis,comparative analysis,case analysis,etc.,analyzed the typical characteristics and existing problems of the new public reading space,and put forward specific countermeasures for future development.[Result/conclusion]The research on the new public reading space has enriched and developed the connotation and extension of contemporary public library science.It is of great value for strengthening the governance of public libraries,improving the coverage and accessibility of public libraries,and rebuilding the paper reading culture.The development of new public reading spaces should be promoted in terms of increasing the enthusiasm of social institutions,establishing a demonstration and evaluation mechanism,formulating a standardized system and strengthening supervision and evaluation.
