杭州市医疗机构压力蒸汽灭菌现况调查

Investigation on current situation of pressure steam sterilization in medical institutions in Hangzhou

目的了解杭州市各级各类医疗机构压力蒸汽灭菌的管理现况。方法采用问卷调查方式,对杭州市各级各类医疗机构使用中的压力蒸汽灭菌器管理现状进行调查。结果共调查203家医疗机构的压力蒸汽灭菌器313台,其中小型压力蒸汽灭菌器占56.87%,大中型压力蒸汽灭菌器主要为大型预真空型占31.31%,下排气式和快速型灭菌器分别占6.71%和5.11%。71.92%的医疗机构制订了压力蒸汽灭菌的操作及监测规程,能常规进行物理监测、化学监测和生物监测,分别占81.77%、85.22%和80.30%。医疗机构新投入使用的灭菌器总体验收率仅为59.11%,年检率为62.07%。结论杭州市医疗机构使用中的压力蒸汽灭菌器使用管理存在不足,应加强监管力度,以确保无菌器械灭菌质量。

Objective To understand the current management status of pressure steam sterilization in various medical institutions at all levels in Hangzhou.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the management status of pressure steam sterilizers in use in various medical institutions at all levels in Hangzhou.Results A total of 203 medical institutions were investigated with a total of 313 pressure steam sterilizers,of which small pressure steam sterilizers accounted for 56.87%,and the large and medium-sized pressure steam sterilizers were mainly large pre-vacuum type,accounting for 31.31%,and the lower exhaust type and rapid type sterilizers accounted for 6.71%and 5.11%,respectively.71.92%of medical institutions had developed pressure steam sterilization operation and monitoring procedures,and can routinely conduct physical monitoring,chemical monitoring and biological monitoring,accounting for 81.77%,85.22%and80.30%,respectively.The total acceptance rate of sterilizers newly put into use in medical institutions was only 59.11%,and the annual inspection rate was 62.07%.Conclusion The use and management of pressure steam sterilizers used in medical institutions in Hangzhou are insufficient,and supervision should be strengthened to ensure the sterilization quality of sterile instruments.
