海洋油气管道的过球指示器是检查管线过球时的关键设备。目前,海洋石油平台中应用较广泛的是机械式过球指示器。但在某些特殊工况下,机械式过球指示器不能满足现场施工要求,故需使用外夹式过球指示器。对两种工作原理的外夹式过球指示器进行了分析对比,详细介绍了两种不同类型的外夹式过球指示器的工作原理以及实际应用情况。

The ball passing indicator of the foreign oil and gas pipeline was the key equipment for checking the ball passing of the pipeline.At present,the mechanical ball passing indicator was widely used in offshore oil platforms.However,under certain special conditions,the mechanical ball passing indicator could not meet the requirements of on-site construction,so it was necessary to use an external clamp type ball passing indicator.Two types of external clip-on ball passing indicators were analyzed and compared,and the working principles and practical applications of two different types of external clip-on ball passing indicators were introduced in detail.
