专利视角下我国高校中药领域技术创新分析

Analysis of technological innovation of traditional Chinese medicine in universities of China from the perspective of patent

通过incoPat专利分析平台,检索出我国高校2001—2019年中药领域共申请专利18973件。从专利申请趋势、专利技术领域、专利法律状态、专利转让与许可、国外专利申请等方面对其进行统计分析,结合典型高校的中药领域专利分析,梳理了我国高校中药领域的技术创新和专利保护工作的现状,并据此提出加强高校专利工作以促进中药领域技术创新的建议。

A total of 18973 patents in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)from 2001 to 2019 applied by universities of China were retrieved through the incoPat patents analysis database.By statistical analysis of the application trend,the field of patents technologies,the legal status,patents transfer and licensing,foreign patents application and so on,combined with the patents analysis of typical universities in the field of TCM,this paper combed the current situation of technological innovation of TCM and patent protection in China’s universities,and put forward suggestions for strengthening patent work in universities to promote technological innovation in the field of TCM.
