公共信用信息平台涉及部门多、行业广、数据量大,公共信用信息平台建设标准的缺乏,会严重阻碍着各信用信息平台间信息共享与交换,特别是数据字典记录着数据库应用系统中诸多数据对象的各项属性值,是维系应用系统的根基所在,如何对其进行维护与管理,亟需出台相关标准加以规范。本文从公共信用信息数据字典维护与管理的标准研制和应用出发,分析该标准应规定的内容及实际指导意义。

The public credit information platform involves many departments, a wide range of industries and a large amount of data. The lack of public credit information platform construction standards will seriously hinder the information sharing and exchange among credit information platforms. In particular, the public credit information data dictionary records the attribute values of many data objects in the database application system, which is the foundation of maintaining the public credit information application system. How to maintain and manage it needs to be regulated by relevant standards.Starting from the development and application of the standard for the maintenance and management of public credit information data dictionary, this paper analyzes the content and practical significance of the standard.
