摘要
随着社会的发展,由糖分摄入过量导致的慢性非传染性疾病激增。本文从深受年轻消费者喜爱的奶茶饮品入手,通过标准的视角探讨饮品糖度问题,分析适合不同年龄、不同健康状况的中国居民的糖分摄入量,并呼吁减少糖分摄入。在此基础上,提出推荐性的奶茶糖度分级标准,以协助消费者选择适合自身健康状况的饮品糖度,引导人们健康生活。
With the development of society, chronic non-communicable diseases caused by excessive sugar intake have proliferated. This paper starts with the milk tea drinks which are popular among young consumers, discusses the sugar content of drinks from the perspective of standards, analyzes the sugar intake of Chinese residents with different ages and different health conditions, and calls for reducing sugar intake. On this basis, a recommended sugar content classification standard of milk tea is proposed to help consumers choose the sugar content suitable for their own health and guide people to live a healthy life.
