改革背景下省级公益标准化技术机构发展现状及对策

Development Status and Countermeasures of Provincial Public Welfare Standardization Technical Institutions under the Background of Reform

随着事业单位改革的深入推进,隶属市场监管系统的全国各省级标准化技术机构改革迫在眉睫。在对部分省级标准化研究院调研结果进行客观分析的基础上,本文总结了省级公益性标准化技术机构的发展现状及存在问题,并结合当前公益性事业单位的发展趋势,以湖南为例提出改革背景下标准化技术机构发展的对策建议。

With the promoting deeply of the reform of public institutions, the reform of the provincial standardization technology institutions which belong to the market supervision system is extremely urgent. Based on the objective analysis of the research results of some provincial standardization research institutes, this paper summarizes the development status and existing problems of the provincial public welfare standardization technology institutions. Then combined with the current development trend of public welfare institutions, it takes Hunan as an example to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of standardization technology institutions under the background of reform.
