地摊经济背景下我国城市地摊业标准化治理模式探索研析

Exploration and Analysis of the Standardization Governance Model of Urban Roadside Booths Industry in China Under the Background of the Street-stall Economy

本文梳理总结了国内外城市地摊业的发展现状及其治理模式,结合当前的"地摊热"对我国城市地摊业的标准化治理环境进行了PEST-SWOT矩阵分析,并在此基础上探索构建城市地摊治理标准体系,以期推动我国城市地摊业可持续发展,引导城市基层治理体制和模式不断优化与提升。

This article summarizes the development status and governance mode of the street-stall industry in domestic and foreign cities, and analyzes the standardized governance environment of the urban street-stall industry in China by PEST-SWOT matrix combined with the current "stall fever". On this basis, the paper explores the construction of urban street-stall governance standard system, in order to promote the sustainable development of urban street-stall industry, and guide the continuous optimization and improvement of urban grassroots governance system and mode.
