Patent and standard are the fruits of technological innovation, which representing the advanced nature and creativity of science and technology. The synergy development of both can promote innovation better. This paper analyzes the necessity of collaborative development of patent and standard, and expounds the current situation of it in China, then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
