非历史文化街区中传统社区的城市更新探索——以浙江省义乌市异国风情街改造提升规划为例

Urban renewal exploration and practice in traditional communities in non-historical cultural districts:A case study of Yiwu city exotic street

我国针对"历史文化街区保护与更新"的研究等相对较为丰富,但对非历史文化街区的研究和关注还有待加强。非历史文化街区中许多传统社区具有一定的历史文化价值,但未达到"历史文化街区"的标准。目前,由于缺乏针对这类传统社区原则性的保护方法和特定的强制保护措施,导致许多风貌保存较好的传统社区在更新过程中逐步被周边街区同化,研究价值也随之丧失。针对这一问题,以义乌市异国风情街城市更新实践为例,对非历史文化街区中传统社区的保护更新进行思考并提出建议。

In China,there is a wealth of research and relevant laws on the " protection and renewal of historical and cultural districts". But there is still a need to improve the research on "non-historical and cultural districts". Many traditional communities in non-historic cultural districts have not yet reached the standard of " historical and cultural district",But we must be conscious clearly of the fact that there is much historical and cultural value. There is currently no specific mandatory protection measures for such traditional communities. As a result,many well-preserved traditional communities have been gradually assimilated by the surrounding neighborhoods in the process of renewal,and have lost their research value. Taking the urban renewal of Yiwu Exotic Street as an example,this paper aims to conduct analysis and to make suggestions on issues related to renovation in non-historical and cultural districts.
