结直肠息肉与血脂水平相关性研究

Study on the correlation between colorectal polyps and blood lipid levels

目的观察分析结直肠息肉与血脂水平相关性情况.方法回顾性分析2019年1月~2020年12月时段我院接收的患有结直肠息肉者98例作为观察组,并另选取未患有结肠息肉者82例作为对照组,应用酶法进行血脂水平测定,结合病例特征对划分结直肠病变类型.结果在比较外周血脂水平中,较对照组,观察组TC、LDL-C和TG水平更高(P<0.05);在观察组结直肠息肉中,通过对不同病症类型患者进行外周血脂水平情况比较,数据评分结果差异小(P>0.05);在观察组患者中,相比结直肠息肉<1厘米者,直径≥1厘米者的TG水平更高(P<0.05).结论患有结直肠息肉病症者均存在显著的血脂指标变化情况,息肉大小能直接影响高脂血症发生与否,因此在临床早期筛查诊断疾病中可作为主要参照数据.

Objective To observe and analyze the correlation between colorectal polyps and blood lipid levels.Methods A retrospective analysis of 98 patients with colorectal polyps received in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 was used as the observation group,and 82 patients without colon polyps were selected as the control group.The enzymatic method was used to determine blood lipid levels,combined with the characteristics of the cases To divide the types of colorectal lesions.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher levels of TC,LDL-C and TG in the comparison of peripheral blood lipid levels(P<0.05);in the observation group of colorectal polyps,the peripheral blood lipid levels of patients with different disease types were compared,The difference in data score results is small(P>0.05);in the observation group,compared with colorectal polyps<1 cm,those with a diameter of≥1 cm have higher TG levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with colorectal polyps have significant changes in blood lipids.The size of polyps can directly affect the occurrence of hyperlipidemia.Therefore,it can be used as the main reference data in early clinical screening and diagnosis of diseases.
