摘要
目的基于白内障超声乳化术(以下简称"乳化术")后干眼症治疗视域下,研究玻璃酸钠联合贝复舒滴眼液对症治疗对患者氧化应激与炎症反应的影响.方法纳入本单位2019年1月~2019年12月收治的40例乳化术后双眼干眼症患者作为研究样本,采用随机数字表法分组,其中20例(40眼)为对照组(玻璃酸钠),另20例(40眼)为试验组(玻璃酸钠联合贝复舒滴眼液).分析各组治疗前后的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(CFS)评分、基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)与泪液中的肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6、丙二醛(MDA)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)表达水平.治疗30d后评价两组疗效差异.结果两组治疗后的BUT、SIT、SOD水平高于治疗前,CFS评分、TNF-α、IL-6、MDA、LPO水平均低于治疗前,且试验组患者BUT、SIT、SOD水平均高于对照组,CFS评分、TNF-α、IL-6、MDA、LPO水平低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05).试验组治疗有效率较之对照组更高,有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论乳化术后干眼症者采用玻璃酸钠+贝复舒滴眼液治疗,能够更好地改善患者泪膜稳定性,发挥良好的抗炎功效,患者的氧化应激状态得到改观.
Objective To study the effect of sodium hyaluronate+Beifushu eye drops on oxidative stress and inflammation in patients.Methods Forty patients with binocular xerophthalmia after emulsification were included as the study samples from January 2019 to December 2019,and randomly assigned to group A(sodium hyaluronate),20(40 eyes)to group B(sodium hyaluronate+Befusol eye drops).Analysis between groups before and after treatment-broke down time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining(CFS)score,basic tear secretion test(SIT)and tears of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-alpha,interleukin(IL)6,malondi aldehyde(MDA)and lipid peroxide(LPO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)expression level.The therapeutic effect difference between the two groups was evaluated after 30 days of treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of BUT,SIT and SOD in both groups were higher than before,and the levels of CFS,SIT and SOD in group B were lower than before,and the levels of CFS,TNF-α,IL-6,MDA and LPO in group B were higher than group A,and the levels of CFS,TNF-α,IL-6,MDA and LPO in group B were lower than group A,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The effective rate of group B was higher than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion After emulsification,sodium hyaluronate+Befuxol eye drops can better improve the tear film stability and play a good anti-inflammatory effect in patients with xerophthalmia,and the patients'oxidative stress state is improved.
