中药汤剂联合穴位贴敷对过敏性鼻炎患者临床症状、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响

Effect of Chinese Herbal Decoction Combined with Point Application on Clinical Symptoms,Sleep Quality and Quality of Life in Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察中药汤剂联合穴位贴敷对过敏性鼻炎患者临床症状、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法:将92例过敏性鼻炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,各46例。对照组患者给予穴位贴敷治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加用玉屏风散加桂枝汤治疗。评估2组患者的临床疗效,分析2组患者治疗前后的鼻症状总积分(TNSS)、匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)评分和生活质量量表(RQLQ)评分。结果:治疗后,联合组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为97.83%、78.26%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒、喷嚏积分下降(P<0.05),且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日夜功能障碍评分及总分均降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组活动、睡眠、非鼻炎症状、实际问题、鼻部症状、眼部症状、情感评价评分及总分均上升(P<0.05),且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂联合穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎患者效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状、睡眠质量和生活质量。

Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese herbal decoction combined with point application on clinical symptoms, sleep quality and quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods: A total of 92 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into the control group and the combination group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with point application, and the combination group was additionally treated with Yupingfeng powder and Guizhi tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect in the two groups was evaluated. Before and after treatment,the Total Nasal Symptom Score(TNSS) and the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ) in the two groups were analyzed. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate was 97.83% in the combination group and 78.26% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of nasal obstruction, runny nose, nasal itching and sneezing in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of sleep quality,time before falling asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs and day and night dysfunction as well as the total scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of activity,sleep,non-rhinitis symptoms,practical problems,nasal symptoms,ocular symptoms and emotional evaluation as well as the total scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the combination group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Chinese herbal decoction combined with point application for patients with allergic rhinitis has significant effect, and can significantly improve their clinical symptoms,sleep quality and quality of life.
