摘要
为解决玩具汽车转向器注塑工艺参数优化困难的问题,采用CAE分析法研究了注塑工艺参数对玩具汽车转向器加工质量的影响,通过Pro/E软件建立了玩具汽车转向器的三维模型,利用Plastic Advisor对注塑过程进行了模流分析。仿真结果表明:玩具汽车转向器的最佳注射位置位于结构中心附近,总体注射时间为1.98 s,注射压力为75.97 MPa,最高温度为240℃,最大缩痕为0.085 mm,注射时间随熔体温度的增加而减小,注射时间随模具温度的增加而增加。
In order to solve the problem of difficulty in optimizing the injection molding process parameters of toy car steering gears, the CAE analysis method was used to study the influence of injection molding process parameters on the processing quality of toy car steering gears. A three-dimensional model of toy car steering gears was established through Pro/E software, using plastic aadvisor conducted a mold flow analysis on the injection molding process. The simulation results show that the best injection position of the toy car steering gear is near the center of the structure. The overall injection time is 1.98 s, the injection pressure is 75.97 MPa, the maximum temperature is 240 ℃, and the maximum sink mark is 0.085 mm. The injection time varies with the melt temperature. Increases and decreases, the injection time increases with the increase of mold temperature.
