摘要
随着计算机技术在工业领域的应用不断深入,工业的智能化、科技化水平显著提升。其中,以计算机视觉技术为代表的新兴技术,在塑料工业、汽车工业、农业生产、医药行业等方面都有所应用。计算机视觉技术依托图像采集、处理、分析等功能实现对人的视觉模拟,进而运用在工业生产中来替代人的操作,能有效提升企业效率和自动化程度。基于计算机视觉技术基本构造和原理分析,通过调研国内外研究现状,总结当前计算机视觉技术在塑料成品的外观缺陷检测、尺寸检测和颜色检测的应用情况,对未来计算机视觉技术在塑料成品检测中的应用提出展望。
As the application of computer technology in the industrial field continues to deepen, the level of industrial intelligence and technology has been significantly improved. Among them, emerging technologies represented by computer vision technology are used in the plastics industry, automobile industry, agricultural production, and pharmaceutical industries. Computer vision technology relies on image acquisition, processing, analysis and other functions to achieve human visual simulation, and then used in industrial production, which can effectively improve the efficiency and automation of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the basic structure and application principle of computer vision technology, this paper summarizes the current application of computer vision technology in the appearance defect detection, size detection and color detection of plastic products through investigating the research status at home and abroad. It also puts forward a prospect for the future application of computer vision technology in the inspection of plastic finished products.
