高密度聚乙烯复合材料性能改进的研究进展 被引量:6

Progress on Performance Improvement in the Recent of High Density Polyethylene Composites

摘要 对近年来高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料性能改进的研究成果进行综述。介绍了力学性能改进方面的研究成果,植物纤维、矿物、碳纳米管、聚合物等填充物与HDPE制成的复合材料,在拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及冲击性能方面都得到了明显的提升。Si-PDA无卤阻燃剂、聚焦磷酸哌嗪(PAPP)、生物基木质素等阻燃剂应用于HDPE复合材料中,能增加材料的热稳定性,提升材料的阻燃性能。此外,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)的加入可以提升复合材料的抗静电性能,壳聚糖(CS)的加入可以提升复合材料的抗菌性能,镀上CuNi合金的聚苯乙烯(PS)微球,可以使复合材料具有电磁屏蔽功能。对纸张、污泥、木粉、聚合物等废弃物用于制备HDPE复合材料的研究进行了概括。 In this paper, the research on performance improvement of high density polyethylene(HDPE) composites in recent years were reviewed. Firstly, the research on the improvement of mechanical properties were introduced. The composites made of plant fiber, mineral, carbon nanotubes, polymer and HDPE have been significantly improved in tensile strength, bending strength and impact properties. The application of Si-PDA halogen free flame retardant,piperazine polypyrophosphate(PAPP), bio based lignin and other flame retardants in HDPE composites can improve the thermal stability and flame retardancy of the materials. In addition, the sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS) can reduce the electrostatic effect of the composites;chitosan(CS)can improve the antibacterial properties of the composites;polystyrene(PS) microspheres coated with CuNi alloy can make the composites have electromagnetic shielding function.The application of paper, sludge, wood flour, and polymer in the preparation of HDPE composites were summarized.
