煤粉锅炉燃用高炉煤气改造关键技术实绩 被引量:3

摘要 某冶炼厂生产过程中产生的高炉煤气,无法得到有效利用,而企业自备电厂煤粉锅炉烟囱出口废气排放,难以达到钢铁行业超低氮排放规定,即:NO_(x)≤50 mg/m^(3),SO_(2)≤35 mg/m^(3),为此提出采用“煤改气”技术需求。详细阐述了高压燃煤锅炉燃用高炉煤气改造设计方案,对双旋流煤气燃烧器的结构特点进行了重点论述。指出了燃用高炉煤气与煤粉2种性质燃料的锅炉,在炉侧和锅侧存在着燃烧和传热方面的较大差异,并提供了解决方案。通过这次煤改气项目的设计实践,为全新设计制造燃用高炉煤气的高参数锅炉,提供了可靠的试验数据和设计经验。 In the steel industry,the blast furnace gas(BFG)produced in the smelting process cannot be used effectively.The exhaust emission from the chimney when firing pulverized coal is difficult to meet the ultra-low nitrogen emission standard,that is NO_(x)≤50 mg/m^(3),SO_(2)≤35 mg/m^(3).Therefore,the technical requirements of“coal-to-gas”was proposed.The concept of the high-pressure coal-fired boiler burning BFG was elaborated,meanwhile the structural characteristics of the dual swirl gas burner was emphatically analyzed in this paper.It indicates great differences in combustion and heat transfer,which caused by two characteristic fuels that is BFG and pulverized coal burning in the furnace and boiler.It also supplied a solution for burning BFG and pulverized coal in the furnace and boiler.Through the design practice of this coal-to-gas project,reliable test data and design experience have been provided for design and manufacture of high parameter boilers burning BFG.
