摘要
针对为满足超低排放要求脱硝装置过量喷氨而造成锅炉空气预热器冷端腐蚀堵塞,以及传统低温省煤节能效果较低等问题,提出了低温省煤器联合暖风器系统的技术方案,该系统提高了空气预热器冷端温度,有效减缓了空气预热器腐蚀堵塞风险,同时提高了低品位能量的利用率,节能效果较纯低温省煤器更佳。以安徽某660 MW机组的工程应用为案例进行经济性分析,其结果表明:联合系统投运后冷端温度可提高到110℃,可有效减缓空气预热器冷端腐蚀的风险,整个系统的节煤量为1.92 g/(kW·h),经济效果明显。
In order to preventing air preheater corrosion,blocking caused by De-NOx system to meet the ultra-low emission requirements,and solve the problem of low efficiency of energy-save for tradition low temperature economizer,this paper puts forward the technical scheme of low temperature economizer combined air heater system.The system increases the cold end temperature of air preheater,improves the utilization rate of low grade energy,and the efficiency of energy-save is better.Taking the engineering application of a 660 MW unit in Anhui Province as an example,the economic analysis results show that the cold end temperature can be raised to 110℃after the combined system is put into operation,which can effectively reduce the risk of cold end corrosion of air preheater.The whole system can reduce the coal consumption of power generation by 1.92 g/(kW·h),and the economic effect is obvious.
