5-HT和CRH在肝癌中的表达及与其病理特征的相关性研究

Correlation Between 5-HT and CRH Expression in Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Pathological Features

目的探讨5-羟色胺(5-HT)和促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)在肝癌组织中的表达及与其病理特征的相关性。方法以肝癌患者880例作为研究对象,采用免疫组化分析检测病灶组织样本(病灶组)与癌旁组织样本(癌旁组)5-HT、CRH表达情况,调查患者的病理特征并进行相关性分析。结果病灶组5-HT、CRH表达阳性率分别为70.9%和20.0%,癌旁组分别为15.5%和60.9%,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同肿瘤直径、临床分期、转移情况、门静脉癌栓、组织学分化患者5-HT、CRH表达阳性率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同病灶类型、性别、年龄患者的5-HT、CRH表达阳性率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在880例患者中,Pearson相关分析显示:5-HT、CRH表达与肿瘤直径、临床分期、肝外转移、门静脉癌栓、组织学分化都存在相关性(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示:临床分期、肝外转移、门静脉癌栓为影响5-HT、CRH表达的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论肝癌患者多伴随有5-HT的高表达与CRH的低表达,临床分期、肝外转移、门静脉癌栓为影响肝癌患者5-HT、CRH表达的主要因素。

Objective To investigate the expression of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and corticotropin releasing hormone(CRH)in liver cancer tissues and their correlation with pathological characteristics.Methods 880 cases of patients with liver cancer were selected as the research object,and immunohistochemical analysis were used to detect 5-HT,CRH expression in the lesion tissue samples(lesion group)and para-cancer tissue samples(paracancer group),and were to investigate the pathological characteristics of patients and given correlation analysis.Results The positive rates of 5-HT and CRH expression in the lesion group were 70.9%and 20.0%,respectively,and those in the paracancer group were 15.5%and 60.9%,respectively that compared the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the positive rates of 5-HT and CRH expression in patients with different tumor diameters,clinical stages,metastasis,portal vein tumor thrombus,and histological differentiation(P<0.05).Patients with different lesion types,genders,and ages were no statistically significant difference in the positive rates of 5-HT and CRH expression(P>0.05).In the 120 patients,Pearson correlation analysis showed that 5-HT and CRH expression were correlated with tumor diameter,clinical stage,extrahepatic metastasis,portal vein tumor thrombus,and histological differentiation(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that clinical stage,extrahepatic metastasis,and portal vein tumor thrombus were the main factors affected the expression of 5-HT and CRH(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with liver cancer are often accompanied by high expression of 5-HT and low expression of CRH.Clinical stage,extrahepatic metastasis,and portal vein tumor thrombus are the main factors affect the expression of 5-HT and CRH in patients with liver cancer.
