血清M-CSF、TSGF、SCC-Ag在宫颈癌诊断中的应用分析

Application of Serum M-CSF,TSGF and SCC-Ag in the Diagnosis of Cervical Cancer

目的探讨血清巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)、肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)在宫颈癌诊断中的价值。方法选取经病理学检查确诊的60例宫颈癌患者作为病例组、同期实施宫颈筛查且结果为健康的妇女60例作为对照组;检测两组血清M-CSF、TSGF、SCC-Ag水平;采用受试者工作曲线分析三项指标单独及联合应用时诊断宫颈癌的价值。结果病例组患者的血清M-CSF、TSGF、SCC-Ag水平均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;血清M-CSF水平诊断宫颈癌的灵敏度为69.29%、特异度为86.33%、AUC值为0.805;血清TSGF水平诊断宫颈癌的灵敏度为61.20%、特异度为80.51%、AUC值为0.761;血清SCC-Ag水平诊断宫颈癌的灵敏度为74.41%、特异度为89.66%、AUC值为0.855;血清M-CSF、TSGF、SCC-Ag水平联合应用诊断宫颈癌的灵敏度为95.28%、特异度为88.17%、AUC值为0.917。结论血清M-CSF、TSGF、SCC-Ag三项指标联合应用诊断宫颈癌可以提高诊断灵敏度。

Objective To investigate the value of serum macrophage colony-stimulating factor(M-CSF),tumor-specific growth factor(TSGF)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag)in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods 60 cases of cervical cancer diagnosed by pathology in our hospital were selected as the case group,and 60 cases of cervical screening and healthy results were used as the control group.Serum M-was detected in the 2 groups.CSF,TSGF,and SCC-Ag levels;the value of the three indicators used to diagnose cervical cancer alone and in combination was analyzed using the receiver operating curve.Results The serum levels of M-CSF,TSGF and SCC-Ag in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The sensitivity of serum M-CSF level in the diagnosis of cervical cancer was 69.29%,and the specificity was 86.33%,AUC value was 0.805;serum TSGF level was 61.20%,specificity was 80.51%,AUC value was 0.761;serum SCC-Ag level was 74.41%and specificity was 89.66%.The AUC value was 0.855.The sensitivity of serum M-CSF,TSGF and SCC-Ag levels in the diagnosis of cervical cancer was 95.28%,specificity was 88.17%,and AUC value was 0.917.Conclusion The combination of serum M-CSF,TSGF,and SCC-Ag in the diagnosis of cervical cancer can improve the diagnostic sensitivity.
