乳酸脱氢酶与脂肪细胞因子resistin在胰腺癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乳酸脱氢酶与脂肪细胞因子resistin在胰腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集135例胰腺癌患者的病理蜡块,通过TIMER数据库搜索脂肪细胞因子resistin和血清LDH在135例胰腺癌组织中和正常胰腺组织中的差异表达及临床预后等情况。结果胰腺癌组织中resistin表达阳性率为49.1%,其阳性表达与JPS病理分期及预后均有关(P<0.05)。LDH mRNA在胰腺癌组织中的表达水平为(13.35±1.06),而正常胰腺组织中的表达水平为(4.43±3.32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cox比例风险回归模型结果分析:年龄、LDH、肿瘤分期是影响胰腺癌预后的独立因素。结论resistin及LDH参与胰腺癌发生发展的过程,在肿瘤局部免疫微环境中其确切的作用机制,还需要进一步通过实验更深入发掘。 Objective To investigate the expression of lactate dehydrogenase and adipocytokine resistin in pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance.The relationship between the expression level and prognosis of pancreatic cancer was analyzed.Methods Pathological wax patches of 135 patients with pancreatic cancer were selected.The differential expression and clinical prognosis of adipocytokine resistin and serum LDH in 135 cases of pancreatic cancer and normal pancreatic tissue were searched by TIMER database.Results The positive rate of resistin expression in pancreatic cancer tissues was 49.1%.There were 11 cases(22.2%)of JPS stage I,54 cases(66.7%)of 81 cases of JPS stageⅢand 54 cases(66.7%)of JPS stageⅢand the difference was statistically significant.The median disease-free survival time of Resistin-negative patients was 28 months,which was significantly higher than that of resistin-positive patients for 9 months.There was also a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The expression level of LDH mRNA was 13.35±1.06.The expression level in normal pancreatic tissue was 4.43±3.32.The expression level of LDH in pancreatic cancer was significantly higher than that in normal pancreatic tissue(P<0.05).Cox proportional hazard regression analysis showed that age,LDH and tumor staging were independent factors affecting the prognosis of pancreatic cancer.Conclusion Resistin and LDH are involved in the development of pancreatic cancer.The exact mechanism of resistin and LDH in the local immune microenvironment of pancreatic cancer needs to be further explored through experiments to provide a new therapeutic direction for pancreatic cancer.
