Expert consensus on high-quality development of nursing

2021年5月7日至9日,首届“亚洲护理论坛”在上海成功举办,在《关于推动公立医院高质量发展的意见》文件精神指导下,国内32家大型综合医院及高等护理院校专家深入研讨,共同形成了《护理高质量发展专家共识》,从党建引领、学科建设、人才培养、科学管理、一流服务等方面提出了新时期护理发展的核心和内涵。

The 1 st Asian Nursing Forum was successfully held in Shanghai from 5th to 9th May 2021.Under the guidance of the document“Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Public Hospitals”,“'expert consensus on high-quality development of nursing”was formulated through the in-depth discussion of experts from 32 domestic large general hospitals and nursing colleges.The Consensus proposed the core principles and elements of nursing development in the new era,including upholding the Party’s leadership,discipline construction,personnel training,scientific management and patient-oriented services.
