山区成品油管道泄漏扩散分析

摘要 目前关于成品油管道泄漏扩散分析的研究成果仅适用于平地埋地管道,而针对山区复杂地理环境下成品油管道泄漏的研究极其缺乏,致使油气管道的泄漏事故处理方案不合理。选取某山区成品油管道的一处高后果区进行研究,通过提取管道所处实际山体的典型地形特征,建立了山体三维简化模型。采用VOF方法模拟了当埋地管道破裂时泄漏油污染物在山体表面的动态运移扩散过程,分析了泄漏速度、油品物性和地表情况对泄漏污染物扩散速率和扩散面积的影响规律。研究结果对指导复杂山区成品油管道发生严重泄漏事故后的救灾抢险工作提供了重要的理论支撑。 At present,most of the leakage diffusion analysis of product oil pipelines is only for flat buried pipelines,and the research on product oil pipeline leakage in complex mountainous environments is extremely lacking,which makes the oil and gas pipeline leakage accident handling schemes unreasonable.Selecting a high-impact area of the mountainous product oil pipeline,and combining the surrounding environment,topography,geography and geographical location of the pipeline,the leakage and diffusion of the buried pipeline in the mountain was established,through the finite volume method and the computational fluid analysis software.A three-dimensional model of phase flow(VOF)simulates the process of diffusion and migration of oil pollutants from mountainous pipelines on the surface of mountains.Through the simulation calculation,the general shape and diffusion area of the leakage and diffusion of product oil along the surface of the mountain are obtained.The research results have guiding significance for the disaster relief work after the oil spill in the complex mountainous environment.
