摘要
以渤海某油田8英寸(1英寸=0.025 4m)柔性软管敷设项目为例,对不同敷设方式、常用船舶资源的软管敷设能力和柔性软管敷设参数进行分析和计算,研究敷设方案的可行性。给出在软管敷设过程中使软管所受拉力较小且满足软管最小弯曲半径要求的入水角度范围,并分别给出在软质海床和硬质海床上弃管时的注意事项。研究内容可为以后类似软管敷设项目提供有效的借鉴。
Taken 8-inch(1 inch=0.0254 m)flexible hose laying project of an oil field in Bohai Sea as an example,the feasibility of the scheme is studied through the analysis and calculation of different laying methods,laying capacity of common ship resources and flexible hose laying parameters.In the process of hose laying,the entry angle range is given when the hose is subjected to less tension and meets the requirement of the minimum bending radius of the hose,and the points for attention when abandoning the hose on the soft seabed and hard seabed are given respectively.The research can provide effective reference for similar hose laying projects in the future.
