摘要
为解决现有接桩技术存在的安全隐患及接口质量不稳定等问题,提出一种新的预应力管桩接桩装置。该装置设有接桩机构,可有效降低两根管桩连接端的负荷,提高管桩的接桩质量;同时,该装置设有加固机构,增加了管桩固定在地面上的稳固性。工程实践结果表明:该预应力管桩接桩装置在施工安全性、经济合理方面具有较强的竞争性。
To eliminate the potential safety hazard and improve the interface quality of the present pile extension technology,a new-type pile extension device of prestressed pipe was designed.The pile connecting mechanism of the device could effectively reduce the load of the coupling ends of the pipe piles and improve the connection quality.Meanwhile,the reinforcement mechanism of the device could enable the pipe pile stably fixed on the ground.The practical results show that the device is competitive in construction safety and economic rationality.
