文化润疆:新时代新疆地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识的理念、话语与实践逻辑

Culture-Moisturize Xinjiang: The Ideas, Discourses and Practical Logic of Solidifying Consciousness of Community for the Chinese Nation in Xinjiang in the New Era

从学理意义上看,"文化润疆"既是一个在新疆地区持续建立和通畅中华文化润泽机制的过程,同时也是一个从人心维度不断夯实新疆特色文化与中华文化母体、新疆各民族与中华民族共同体之间深层联系,从而为新疆社会的稳定与发展提供内在文化支撑和持续性精神动力的过程。其在话语与径路上的整体性逻辑,即是通过对中华文化与中华现代国家、中华民族以及中华各民族文化之间关系结构的系统梳理,进一步理顺文化、民族与国家的关系,切实将新时代新疆地区中华民族共同体意识的铸牢实践持续向更深层次推进。

From a theoretical point of view,"Culture-Moisturize Xinjiang " is not only a process of continuously establishing and unblocking the Chinese cultural moisturizing mechanism in Xinjiang,but also a continuous consolidation of connection between Xinjiang’s characteristic culture and the Chinese cultural matrix,the ethnic groups in Xinjiang and the community of the Chinese nation from the perspective of people’s hearts,in order to provide the inner cultural support and continuous spiritual power for the stability and development of Xinjiang society. Its overall logic in discourse and path is through a systematic analysis of the relationship structure between Chinese culture and modern Chinese state,the Chinese nation,and the culture of various ethnic groups in China,to further straighten out relations between culture,nation,and state and to persistently advance the practice of solidifying the consciousness of the Chinese nation in Xinjiang in the new era to a deeper level.
