摘要
通过开路条件和全流程闭路试验,沿用原有的工艺流程采用富硫化物的方法并辅之高效的浮选药剂,高效的选别提高了某硫化矿中的有价成分铜的回收率。在实验室,条件试验的基础上确定了合理的浮选药剂、浮选细度及浮选浓度,使得工业生产的指标在原矿为0.75%左右时,铜回收率由原来的83.39%提高到90.75%,浮选生产出铜精矿的品位为19.35%,尾矿为0.072%。
Through open-circuit conditions and closed-circuit tests of the whole process,the original process flow was adopted with sulfide-rich method supplemented by high-efficiency flotation reagents,and the recovery rate of copper,a valuable component in a sulfide ore,was improved by high-efficiency separation.In the laboratory,on the basis of conditional tests,the reasonable flotation reagents,flotation fineness and flotation concentration are determined,so that when the raw material index in industrial production is about 0.75%,the copper recovery rate is increased from 83.39%to 90.75%,the grade of copper concentrate produced by flotation is 19.35%,and the tailings are 0.072%.
