摘要
在兴澄特钢炼铁事业部烧结分厂400 m^(2)烧结机系统中,应用了中冶北方自主研发的第二代烧结烟气循环技术(内循环),经过设备和工艺人员对配套设施的不断完善、优化生产操作参数,使烧结主抽风系统与烟气循环系统能平衡运行,实现了烧结系统的稳定顺产,并在机头烟气减排、降低固体燃耗、提高产品质量等方面取得了一定效果。
In the 400 m^(2) sinter machine system of the sintering branch of Xingcheng Special Steel Iron-making Division,the second-generation sintering flue gas circulation technology(internal circulation)independently developed by NETC was applied.The continuous improvement of supporting facilities and the optimization of production operation parameters enable the balanced operation of the main exhaust system and the flue gas circulation system,realize the stable production of the sintering system,and achieve certain effect in the emission reduction of flue gas from the feed end,the reduction of solid fuel consumption and the improvement of product quality.
