摘要
在环保新形势下,随着密相半干法脱硫和SCR脱硝工程投产,回转窑结圈导致的回转窑作业率下降的问题越发严重,成品球抗压强度由原来的2768 N/个下降为2523 N/个。在超低排放要求下,首钢球团一系列产线通过对生球粒度、燃烧器、加热炉耐材等方面进行研究改造,实现了近3个月窑况无发展的运行记录,开创了尾段布置脱硫脱硝氧化球团产线的良好运行局面,为一系列产线打产提效、降本降耗创造了有利条件。
Under the new environmental protection condition,and with putting into operation of Dense Phase Semi-dry Process Desulfurization Project and SCR Denitrification Project,it is more and more serious of reduction of availability rate of rotary kiln due to the ring-forming of rotary kiln,compression strength of finished ball has been reduced from 2768 N/pcs to 2523 N/pcs.And with the requirement of ultra-low emissions,a series of pellet production lines of Shougang Stock Company has conducted research and transformation on green ball particle,burner and heat furnace refractory,etc.And it has realized no development of operation record for the recent 3 months of kiln condition,and has started good operation condition of desulfurization and denitration oxidation pellet production line in the tail section layout.
