摘要
为实现“机械化换人、自动化减人、科技强安、减员(降本)增效”目标,矿山积极谋划35kV矿山变电站无人值守改造项目,在变电站“遥测、遥信、遥控和遥调”基础上加设远距离监视系统[6],对变电站四周墙壁安装视频监控系统及配电室内火灾报警系统,取消变电站内固定值班操作人员,供电系统运行状况检测、视频监控和主要操作均由矿调度指挥中心实现。
In order to realize the goal of“mechanized substitution of personnel,automatic reduction of personnel,strengthening safety through science and technology,reducing personnel(reducing costs)and increasing efficiency”,the mine actively plans the unattended renovation project of 35kV mine substation.On the basis of“telemetry,remote communication,remote control and remote adjustment”in the substation,a remote monitoring system is added[6].A video monitoring system and a fire alarm system in the distribution room are installed on the walls around the substation,and the fixed operators on duty in the substation are cancelled.The operation status detection,video monitoring and main operations of the power supply system are all realized by the dispatching command center of the mine.
