摘要 近年来,受国家节能降耗要求的影响,企业越来越关注循环冷却塔这类数量多、能耗大设备的节能改造。通过对逆流式循环冷却塔进行结构改造,以达到节能降耗的效果。改造内容包括:新增水轮机、循环冷却水过滤装置、固定布水器,拆除电动风机及自旋转布水器,调整喷嘴及填料位置等。循环冷却塔经过改造后,循环冷却水水质得到改善,循环冷却水喷淋均匀,设备使用寿命延长,节能效果明显。 In recent years,with the influence of state energy-saving and consumption reduction requirements,the enterprises concern more and more on the energy saving transformation of circulation cooling tower with large amounts in quantity and large energy consumption.Through structure transformation to the reverse flow circulation cooling tower,effect of energy saving and consumption reduction shall be achieved.The content of transformation include:newly added turbines,circulation cooling water filter device,fixed water distributor,removal of electric power fan and the self-rotating water distributor,adjustment of nozzle and location of packing,etc.After the transformation of circulation cooling tower,water quality of circulation cooling water has been improved,and evenly spraying of circulation cooling water has been achieved,lifetime of equipment utilization can be prolonged,with obvious energy saving effect.
