摘要
建设哈尔滨新区是国家实施新一轮东北地区等老工业基地振兴战略的重大举措,是推进“一带一路”建设的重要战略支点,对于促进龙江振兴发展、建设“龙江丝路带”具有重要支撑作用。基于遥感影像与基础性地理国情监测数据,监测分析新区建设发展过程中建成区扩张形态、地表覆盖变化、建设用地结构等新区空间格局变化情况,及时掌握新区发展状况和存在的问题,对有针对性地制定相关政策措施,促进新区健康发展,具有重要意义。
The construction of Harbin new area is a major measure taken by the state to implement a new round of revitalization strategies for old industrial bases in Northeast China.It is also an important strategic fulcrum for promoting the construction of"The Belt and Road Initiative",which plays an important supporting role in promoting the revitalization and development of Longjiang and the construction of"Longjiang Silk Road Belt".Based on remote sensing images and monitoring data of basic geographical conditions,monitoring and analyzing the spatial pattern changes of the new district,such as the expansion form of the built-up area,changes from surface coverage,and construction land structure,in the process of construction and development of the new district,so as to grasp the development status and existing problems of the new district in a timely manner,is of great significance to formulate relevant policies and measures and maintain the healthy development of the new district.
