基于校企融合的民办院校人工智能领域人才培养体系构建

为更好的助力于人工智能的发展,国内各高校积极兴建人工智能专业、人工智能学院等,欲充分发挥其在人工智能领域人才培养的作用。但快速成立的专业背后存在着人才培养体系与模式尚不成熟、教学资源匮乏、教师匮乏等问题。分析了人工智能人才需求的分类,明确不同类人才的专业需求,结合民办院校的办学定位、办学条件、学生层次、师资的水平,指出了民办高校推进人工智能专业建设的困难,给出了校企融合的分层培养人才培养体系,关注了专业的建设、教学资源的建设、师资的建设。

In order to better contribute to the development of artificial intelligence,domestic universities are actively building artificial intelligence majors,artificial intelligence colleges,etc.,and want to give full play to their role in the cultivation of talents in the field of artificial intelligence.But behind the fast-established majors,there are problems such as immature talent training systems and models,lack of teaching resources,and lack of teachers.Analyzed the classification of artificial intelligence talent needs,clarified the professional needs of different types of talents,combined with the educational positioning,running conditions,student level,and teacher level of private colleges,pointed out the difficulties in promoting the construction of artificial intelligence in private colleges,and gave The hierarchical training system of school-enterprise integration focuses on the construction of majors,the construction of teaching resources,and the construction of teachers.
