ITSS is not only the standard of international IT service industry,but also the important standard of China's IT service industry.This paper introduces the idea and method of building ITSS management model based on the relationship between IT service entities,the application of the model in practical work is discussed,this paper puts forward the positive significance of the methodology to improve the professional ability of system planning managers.
