薄板连铸连轧生产取向硅钢100HD的试制研究 被引量:2

摘要 某钢铁公司采用薄板坯连铸连轧技术生产取向硅钢,通过低温加热一次冷轧法生产高磁感取向硅钢产品,炼钢及热轧采用CSP生产试制取向硅钢。生产中对转炉冶炼、LF精炼、RH真空处理、板坯连铸保护浇注、热轧等工序进行工艺实践优化,采用全铁水冶炼,出钢预脱氧后加入硅铁、锡锭进行合金化,LF精炼使用精炼调渣剂确保顶渣埋弧效果,RH真空处理采用轻处理模式进行真空循环,浇注过程采用全程保护浇注等,合理实现了对钢水及成品中N等成分的控制,铸坯全氧质量分数控制在0.0007%~0.0024%,氮的质量分数为0.0071%~0.0081%,使取向硅钢满足下一步冷轧工艺的需要。 The grain-oriented silicon steel was produced by thin slab continuous casting and rolling technology in a steel company,and the grain-oriented silicon steel of high magnetic induction was produced by CSP and low temperature heating once cold rolling process.The processes of converter smelting,LF refining,RH vacuum treatment,slab continuous casting and hot rolling were optimized in the production.The whole hot metal smelting process was adopted,and ferrosilicon and tin ingots were added after pre-deoxidation in tapping steel for alloying,and refining slag adjusting agent was used in LF refining process to ensure the effect of top slag submerged arc,and light treatment mode was adopted in RH vacuum treatment to carry out vacuum circulation,and the whole protective pouring process was adopted.These optimizing measures realized to reasonably control the content of N and other components in moten steel and finished products,such as the total oxygen content of slab controlled between 0.0007%and 0.0024%,and the nitrogen content between 0.0071%and 0.0081%,which made the grain-oriented silicon steel meet the needs of the next cold rolling process.
