U型出筋连接叠合板式拼装综合管廊边节点受力性能分析

Study on the Mechanical Properties of the Side Joints of the Precast Utility Tunnel Composed of Composite Slabs Using U-shaped Reinforcement Connection

摘要 基于ABAQUS软件,并考虑叠合界面的影响,分别建立有腋与无腋的U型出筋连接叠合板式拼装综合管廊边节点有限元分析模型。与试验结果的对比分析表明,有限元分析模型的计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。在此基础上对管廊节点的腋角高度、轴压比、桁架筋伸入位置等参数进行有限元参数分析。结果表明,腋角高度对边节点承载力影响较大,腋角高度超过150mm后,对边节点承载力提高作用不明显。轴压比不超过0.1时,增大轴压力能够提高管廊边节点承载力,且对正向承载力提升更加明显。将桁架筋伸入节点核心区后,将显著提高边节点承载力。 In this paper,using the ABAQUS software and considering the influence of the composite material interface,the finite element analysis model of the side joints of a precast utility tunnel composed of composite slabs using U-shaped reinforcement connection with or without haunch was established.The calculation results of the finite element analysis model were compared with the test results,and they were in good agreement.Then,on this basis,a finite element analysis of parameters including haunch height,axial compression ratio,and truss bar extension position was performed.The results show that the haunch height has a greater influence on the bearing capacity of the side joint.When the haunch height exceeds 150mm,the effect on the bearing capacity of the side joint is not significant.When the axial pressure ratio does not exceed 0.1,increasing the axial pressure can increase the bearing capacity of the joint,and would significantly increase the positive bearing capacity.Extending the truss bars into the core of the joint would also significantly increase the bearing capacity of the side joint.
