预制板式拼装混凝土综合管廊整体结构受力性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 预制混凝土板式拼装综合管廊由预制混凝土底板、壁板和顶板组成,其中壁板与底板通过套筒灌浆连接,壁板与顶板通过现浇混凝土节点核心区连接。针对该预制混凝土板式拼装综合管廊,建立了预制混凝土板式拼装综合管廊的非线性有限元分析模型,并通过试验验证了该模型的合理性。在此基础上,开展了预制混凝土板式拼装综合管廊整体结构的有限元参数分析,分析主要包括有无腋角、底板预制或现浇的构造形式、侧壁与底板拼缝位置等。结果表明:腋角可以显著提高试件的极限承载力,提高约13%,开裂前腋角对试件刚度的影响不大,开裂后腋角的存在会增加试件的刚度;与底板预制试件相比,底板现浇试件的承载能力降低了27%,开裂前不同预制构造试件的刚度差别不大;开裂后,底板现浇试件的刚度明显低于底板预制试件;侧壁与底板拼缝位置的改变对综合管廊整体结构的受力性能影响不大,极限承载力相差不超过8%。 The precast concrete slab-assembly utility tunnel was composed of precast floor panels,wall panels and roof panels.The wall panels and the floor panels are connected through a sleeve grouting,and the wall panels and the roof panels are connected through the cast-in-situ concrete in the joint core.A finite element model of full-scalded precast concrete slab-assembly utility tunnel was established,which considered the assembling seam and other factors,and its validity was verified by cyclic loading test results.Based on those,the finite element parameter analysis of the full-scalded Precast Concrete Slab-assembly Utility Tunnel was carried out.The analysis mainly included the presence or absence of haunches,the prefabricated or cast-in-place structure of the bottom plate,and the joint position of the side wall.The result showed that,haunch is beneficial for improve the bearing capacity by about 13%.The haunch before cracking has little effect on the stiffness but the existence of the haunch after cracking will increase the stiffness.Compared with the prefabricated specimens,the bearing capacity of the cast-inplace specimens decreased by 27%,and the stiffness of the specimens with different prefabricated structures has little difference before cracking.The joint position of the side wall is little effect on the bearing capacity by about 8%.
