宁夏二级甲等及以上医院护士对深静脉血栓形成认知现状调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解宁夏地区二级甲等及以上医院护士对深静脉血栓形成认知水平,为护理管理者开展培训提供参考依据。方法通过自制问卷采用以便利抽样法抽取宁夏地区15所二级甲等及以上医院724名护士进行问卷调查。问卷包括一般资料和深静脉血栓形成相关知识两部分。结果调查对象对深静脉血栓形成相关知识正确率排在前三位的依次为其好发部位、严重并发症和主要临床表现,正确率分别为92.8%、75.7%和64.4%;排在后三位的依次为基本预防措施、药物预防措施和物理预防措施,正确率分别为24.2%、25.8%和46.8%。其中对深静脉血栓形成相关知识认知情况差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)的主要变量是学历、职称和医院级别。结论护士对深静脉血栓形成的基础知识和临床表现掌握不全面,对预防知识掌握较差,亟待培训提高。 Objective To understand the cognitive level of nurses on deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in grade Ⅱ A and above hospitals in Ningxia,and to provide reference for nursing managers to carry out training.Methods Through self-made questionnaire,724 nurses from 15 hospitals in Ningxia were selected by convenience sampling method.The questionnaire included the general information and knowledge of deep venous thrombosis,prevention attitude and training needs.Results The top three correct rates of DVT knowledge were the predilection sites,serious complications and main clinical manifestations,with the correct rate was 92.8%,75.7%and 64.4%respectively.The bottom three correct rates were the basic preventive measures,the medicines preventive measures and the physical preventive measures,with the correct rate was 24.2%,25.8%and 46.8%respectively.The main variables of knowledge cognition of DVT were qualifications,professional title and hospital level(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses do not have a comprehensive grasp of the basic knowledge and clinical manifestations of DVT,Their knowledge of prevention are poor,which need to be improved by training.
