乡村教师专业发展形式、内容与影响因素——基于“马云乡村教师计划”TALIS调查问卷

摘要 乡村教师专业发展是乡村教育振兴的根本。“马云乡村教师计划”为研究何种形式、哪些内容更能有效促进乡村教师专业发展,以及哪些因素可能阻碍乡村教师专业发展提供了契机。以TALIS问卷为研究工具,对306名获奖乡村教师进行调查,发现乡村教师专业发展形式更偏向传统化,乡村教师实际参与的专业发展内容与教师需要的专业发展内容存在较大差异,乡村教师专业发展缺少鼓励和支持。在研究结果与结论基础上,从政策支持、丰富和创新专业发展形式、制定个性化专业发展项目、学校支持、关注低学历教师和女性教师专业发展五个方面提出相应对策建议,以期有效促进乡村教师的专业发展。 Professional development of rural teachers is the foundation of rural education revitalization.Ma Yun Rural Teacher Program provides an opportunity to study what forms and what contents that can more effectively promote the professional development of rural teachers along with what factors that may hinder such professional development.Through the way of TALIS Questionnaire,306 award-winning rural teachers have been investigated,and it has been found that the professional development of rural teachers is more traditional.The content of professional development that rural teachers actually participate in differs greatly from the content of professional development that teachers need and their professional development lacks encouragement and support.Based upon the above-mentioned problems,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects:policy support,enriching and innovating professional development forms,formulating individualized professional development projects,gaining school support,paying attention to the professional development of teachers with low educational background together with those female teachers so as to effectively enhance the professional development of rural teachers.
