摘要
研究了公平原则在大学生管理中的实施。从公平的概念入手,辨析了公平、公正、平等的不同内涵;然后从激励方面、贫困生资助方面、惩戒方面分析了大学生管理中常见的不公平现象;最后从基层管理者的角度,提出了应该采取的措施。
By analyzing the concept of fairness,this paper studies the different connotations of fairness,justice and equality,and puts forward equitable principle which is applied to college students management.The paper analyzes the reasons of unfair phenomena in students management process in detail,such as scholarship allocation,financial aid for poor students and punishment.Finally,proper suggestions will be given for grass-root managers of students affairs.
