摘要
车内高温下甲醛及气味一直是汽车行业重点关注的问题,因此高温条件下车内甲醛及气味控制技术就成为当前汽车行业重要的研究课题。文章通过对汽车在高温条件下车内各部件的温度采集及甲醛、气味数据的检测,分析了高温条件下甲醛、气味散发特性和影响因素,确认了车内甲醛及气味散发的来源和控制措施,为车内高温条件下甲醛及气味控制提供方向。
Formaldehyde and odor in the car under high temperature has always been the focus of the automotive industry,so the control technology of formaldehyde and odor in the car under high temperature has become an important research topic in the automotive industry.This paper analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of formaldehyde and odor emission under high temperature conditions by collecting the temperature of various parts in the car under high temperature conditions and detecting the formaldehyde and odor data,and confirms the sources and control measures of formaldehyde and odor emission so as to provide direction for formaldehyde and odor control under high temperature conditions in the car.
