座椅加热垫失效分析及试验提升方案

摘要 座椅加热垫因其使用的频繁性和使用环境复杂性,容易出现过热或机械损伤、加热金属丝闭路或断裂、加热线束断裂和加热控制模块失效,引起加热垫燃烧或加热系统失效。为了规避汽车加热垫失效问题,应将加热垫布置于汽车座垫合适位置,不在经常褶皱的地方布置加热丝。最终,通过耐腐蚀试验、耐老化试验、疲劳耐久试验和冲击试验来验证是否满足设计要求。 Due to its frequent use and the complexity of the use environment,the seat heating cushion is prone to overheating or mechanical damage,heating wire closed circuit or fracture,heating harness fracture and heating control module failure,resulting in heating cushion combustion or heating system failure.In order to avoid the failure of the car heating cushion,the heating cushion should be placed in the appropriate position of the car cushion,and the heating wire should not be arranged in the place of frequent folds.Finally,through corrosion resistance test,aging resistance test,fatigue endurance test and impact test to verify whether to meet the design requirements.
