摘要
文章介绍了车身精益化试制轴距加长的工艺改制方案,阐述了改制中的技术难点及有效的切割改制方案。不仅满足外观尺寸要求,并保留车身原有强度,在后续拼接中进一步加强车身强度。同时,为保证车身尺寸设计,采用轴距加长试制夹具,实现切割定位-加长拼接一体化的定位方式。该方案在节约大量改制周期、物料成本前提下,保证精度、强度和刚度完成改制工作,为后续改制方案提供新的思路。
This paper introduces the process reform scheme of wheelbase lengthening in lean trial production of vehicle body,and expounds the technical difficulties and effective cutting reform scheme in the reform.Completing the appearance size requirements,and also retains the original strength of the body and further strengthens the body in subsequent splicing.At the same time,in order to ensure the body size design,the trial fixture with extended wheelbase is adopted to realize the integration of cutting positioning and lengthening splicing.Under the premise of saving a lot of restructuring period and material cost,the scheme can ensure the accuracy,strength and stiffness to complete the restructuring work.It provides new ideas for the followup reform program.
