摘要 PLC可编程控制器是广泛应用于工业环境下的微型处理系统。它具有使用范围广、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、操作简单和体积小,功能强等优点。文章介绍了以PLC为控制中心,配合电磁阀、气缸、座椅工装夹具等元件组合装配制作出的座椅导轨及操纵杆耐久试验台。详细介绍了座椅通用工装夹具的设计制作、控制程序的编程、各元件的连接组合、试验台搭建等。该试验台设计满足企业标准的技术要求,为公司汽车座椅开发阶段和OTS认证阶段的试验验证提供了有力的支持。 PLC programmable controller is a kind of micro-processing system widely used in industrial environment.It has the advantages of wide application range,high reliability,strong anti-interference ability,simple operation and small size and strong function.This paper introduces a durability test bench for seat guide rail and joystick,which is made by using PLC as control center and combined with solenoid valve,cylinder,seat fixture and other components.The design and fabrication of general fixture for seats,the programming of control program,the connection and combination of various components,and the construction of test bench are introduced in detail.The design of the test-bed meets the technical requirements of enterprise standare,and provides strong support for the test verification of the development stage and OTS certification stage of the central automobile seat.
