摘要
采暖管道的设计安装必须考虑管道因温差而产生的热胀冷缩,当管道的伸缩量到一定程度时应考虑补偿措施,以减少管道由热胀冷缩而产生的应力。主要分析了采用自然补偿方式下的采暖管线路由设计,以及固定支架承受管道热胀冷缩所产生的推力的计算方法、步骤,该推力值是固定支架本身的设计施工、材料选用的直接依据。
The design and installation of heating pipeline must consider thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by temperature difference.When expansion and contraction of pipeline reaches a certain extent,the compensation measures should be considered to reduce the stress caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction.This paper mainly analyzes the route design of heating pipeline under the natural compensation mode,and the calculation method and steps of the thrust generated by the fixed support bearing the pipeline thermal expansion and cold contraction.The thrust value is the direct basis for the design,construction and material selection of the fixed support itself.
