分析了房屋设计施工中常见的渗漏问题,并分析了应如何做好相应的防渗漏施工技术。选取25间已经出现渗漏问题的房间,主要调查是何种原因引起的渗漏,同时找到正确的防渗漏施工技术。经过调查发现,出现渗漏的主要原因是材料不合格、施工设计不合理、施工技术水平低。因此,在施工过程中一定要应用正确、合理的防渗漏施工技术,以降低渗漏概率。

The article analyzes the common leakage problems in house design and construction,and analyzes how to do the corresponding anti-leakage construction technology.Select 25 rooms with leakage problems,mainly investigate what causes the leakage,and at the same time find the correct anti-leakage construction technology.After investigation,it was found that the main reasons for leakage were unqualified materials,unreasonable construction design,and low level of construction technology.Therefore,correct and reasonable anti-leakage construction techniques must be used in the construction process to reduce the probability of leakage.
