摘要
BDF复合箱体作为适应大跨度、大空间所使用的空心楼板填充材料,越来越受广大用户喜爱,但在施工中容易发生箱体破坏、侧移变形、上浮等问题,进而影响设计空心率及结构质量。施工过程结合BIM在加强型BDF无机阻燃型复合箱体中的超重结构自重下支模架计算、强度及稳定控制,BDF箱体的安装、抗浮及侧移措施,加强箱体下部板底混凝土的密实度等方面提高施工质量。
BDF composite box is becoming more and more popular as a hollow floor filling material for large span and large space,but it is easy to cause box damage,lateral deformation and floating in construction,which will affect the design hollow ratio and structural quality.In the construction process,BIM's application in the reinforced BDF inorganic flame retardant composite box,the calculation,strength and stability control of formwork support under the self weight of overweight structure,the installation,anti floating and lateral displacement measures of BDF box,and the strengthening of the compactness of the concrete at the bottom plate of the box are combined to improve the construction quality.
